By booking a service with CleanU, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

.Cleanu provides proffessional; residentia;l and commercial services. The scope of work will be agrreed upon before the service is carried out.

.Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. final pricing may change if the property condition differs significantly from the description provided.

.Payment must be made upon completion of the service unless agreed in advance.

.We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschuldling. Late cancelations may be subject to a cancelation fee .

​

.Customer must ensure our cleaners have access to the property at the agreed time. if access cannot be gained, a call-out fee may apply.

​

.Customer satisfaction is important to us, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us with 24 hours so we can resolve the issue.

.Cleanu is fully insured; however, we are not responsible for pre existing damage or normal wear and tear discovered during cleaning.
